Annie Grentz

Annie grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, falling in love with the city, the sports teams, and the unique neighborhoods. She spends her days loving her 2 dogs and retelling classic stories with a modern twist.

Her first series, Grimm City, is all what it would be like if fairy tales happened today, with the only magic being faith in fellow human beings.

Grimm City

Rory knows exactly what her family expects of her. As a woman of a certain upbringing, she is going to marry William Sinclair, another trust fund baby, pop out an heir for the nannies to raise, and get good at spending money – all while looking down on the poor. Only that isn’t her.

She knows she will have to marry someone to get her full trust fund. William is convenient to fit the bill, especially since his parents have invested in her father’s failing company.

Unfortunately, William is not willing to wait for the wedding to take what he believes is his, causing Rory to wake up to the world she has been living in. All it takes is a single prick to irrevocably alter everything.

Quinn White can’t seem to catch a break in this life. Ever since her parents were tragically killed in a car accident ten years ago, her life has been hell. Her aunt kicked her out of the only home she has ever known. Her college roommate has convinced everyone to turn against Quinn for some unknown reason as well. So, when a fire breaks out in the dorm, Q has nowhere to turn for help.

That is, until the hottest firefighter she has ever seen offers her a room in the house he shares with his fellow teammates from the baseball team.

Lizzie has spent her entire life being told every move she needs to make. While pressure can turn coal into a diamond, all it does for her is cause crippling panic attacks and anxiety. Between her grandmother’s insistence that she lives up to the family image, and the past she was forced to ignore, Lizzie just wants to escape her tower for a taste of the outside world.
